Jock Itch

About an hour ago a guy stepped into the laundry mart..and sat down on the bench beside me..took off his sneakers..took off his sox and shoved them in his pocket..put on a new pair he just bought at Bartell's next door after smelling the inside of his sneakers and walked out..what does that say for his hygiene?
