Picking up the pieces

There are things I am still waking up to in my life...and it is good to share them with someone...and have a mutual appreciation grow......that eluded me in the past, because I felt I had to isolate myself (man-up!) and be in this state of total solitude...in order to survive.

No more...I want to cry openly.....in the touching moment of a movie...and be comforted...as well as offer comfort...and not have to feel I should apologise for showing this side of me.
it is not in me to run naked in the streets (ugh!...such a horrible sight that is...LOL)...but in my mind...I AM that guy...I am that personality.
It's that old 'stick and stone' thing I do imagine.

But who can I share this with, and be at ease?
We live in different time...'ark....who goes there?!'
Who expects to live together for ever?...I buy 'Lotto' too...do I feel lucky ?...Yes!
Will I BE lucky?...what do you think...really!

Most women I come upon, say Yes!...and in the heat and throws of passion....look with me into the eye of the tiger....yet....when to dye is cast...and they think I am hooked...it is business as usual.
I have dreams....we all have dreams.
What I say is...why can't we just touch each other where we live...and how we live...and let it low naturally?
no cloak and dagger.
Sure....we all wear some kind of a mask...it is human nature.
Self preservation is key...and we all would be stupid not to.
But on the surface...where our livity and hearts are entwined.... and matters...why cannot we just love with purity of though and motion?

Over the rim of my glasses each night I drive the bus...I see people making out at the bus stop...but you know what?
I also see more!...have a most unpretencious date there in the bus shed.
Laughing and talking...appreciating and enjoying each other, like there is no tomorrow...and no one else around...but them and the moment.
At first I thought...how cheep.
Now I think...how...more in the moment can you be?
If you can't appreciate simplicity...then the problem is already there to stay.....
