But you know...I was thinking about it tonight as I drove...because the same kid, hopped back on my bus last night in Southcenter to get back to his home in Kent...and he was as meek as a lamb, because I stood up to him, and he knew I was not going to take his shit.
In fact...he rode on the bus this evening as well...and the 3 girls he was with ( I kind of think he is the neighborhood, 'fly-guy'...ha-ha-ha!)...were quite noisey...and he actually Shushed!...AND calmed them down a bit.
All these young people really need is a sence of direction.
We don't have to be mean...just forceful.
they will come around.
We were all born with the right stuff in us...and tossed it aside, because it is easy to be nasty...but very tough to be nice.
